Sound that’s mixed into the render
Multiple audio tracks with per-track volume, trim, speed, and fades, plus a royalty-free music library and your own voice-over uploads — mixed by FFmpeg into the final file.
Audio
A proper mix, in JSON
Audio is a first-class layer in Zvid. Add as many audio tracks as a project needs, and control each one independently: volume, trim, playback speed, and fade in and out. Video clips carry their own audio too, so you can balance a soundtrack against dialogue without leaving the payload.
For music, search the Jamendo library right inside the editor and drag a track onto the timeline. For narration, upload your own voice-over. Everything is mixed by FFmpeg into the final render — no separate audio tool, no post-production step.
What you get
Control every track
Multi-track audio
Stack as many audio lanes (A0, A1…) as a project needs alongside your video tracks.
Per-track control
Set volume, trim, and playback speed on every track independently.
Fades
Fade audio in and out for clean intros, outros, and crossfades between beds.
Royalty-free music
Search the Jamendo music library inside the editor and drop tracks straight onto the timeline.
Your own voice-over
Upload narration and dialogue to your account and layer it over the mix.
Clip audio
Video elements keep their own audio with volume, speed, trim, and fade controls, so the mix balances cleanly.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the music come from? +
The Jamendo royalty-free music library is integrated into the editor. You can also upload your own tracks and voice-over.
Can I mix music under a voice-over? +
Yes. Layer multiple tracks and set per-track volume and fades so a music bed sits cleanly under narration.
Does Zvid generate voice-over automatically? +
Not today — you provide voice-over by uploading audio or referencing a hosted URL. Zvid mixes it into the render.
