This Refund Policy explains when Zvid offers refunds for payments made through the Zvid dashboard and related services. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if the request is submitted within 14 days of the payment date.

Refund requests submitted after this period are not eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Subscription renewals

To request a refund, email us from the address associated with your Zvid account:

  • Your account email
  • The date/time of the payment
  • The reason for the request

4. Refund Processing

If your request is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Refund timing can vary by bank or card provider.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
