Bulk personalized videos from Google Sheets

The Google Sheets flavor of the bulk pipeline: read customer rows from a sheet, validate and estimate credits, render in batches and save the finished MP4s.

Copy, then paste directly onto your n8n canvas (Ctrl/Cmd + V) — or import the downloaded file via Workflow menu → Import from file.

How it works

Same battle-tested pipeline as the CSV version, but your campaign lives in a Google Sheet — perfect when sales or marketing own the customer list.

  • Read customer rows straight from the sheet.
  • Validate for free and estimate credits before any spend.
  • Submit in batches to the Zvid bulk render API and poll to completion.
  • Save the output: builds a results CSV and optionally downloads each finished MP4 to disk.

Set up steps

  1. Connect a Google Sheets credential and point Read customer rows at your sheet (one row per recipient).
  2. Set your Zvid API key in Campaign Config.
  3. Keep Dry run? = true for the first execution to check validation results and the credit estimate.
  4. Disable dry run and execute; enable Save to disk? if you want local MP4 copies next to the results CSV.
